QM12MP: More Quest happy endings for fold-back engineers

Alan Phillips from Augusta productions has sent us more gig photos of his Quest 12MP foldback monitors to remind us of that old sound guy sayings. "If the band sounds good on stage, the battle out the front is three quarters won".

Alan's company Port Augusta productions travels a lot of hard miles to do shows but at the end of the road, it is worth it when you hear the quality of the acts. From country truck muster shows to jazz shows and theatre gigs, Alan's production inventory and crew have to deal with them all professionally and within a budget. With tours, it does not take much for that budget to be all gone half way through the tour if you're not careful.

Alan's confidence in his new QM monitors was confirmed when country rock star Troy Casser-Daily told him they were "the best wedges he had ever heard".

Troy has heard some pretty good monitors (and some bad ones) mixed by some of the best monitor engineers in Australia, so that's a pretty tall statement.
